What really makes the Spotlight Oral Care dental irrigator unique from other models on the market is the combination of innovation, design and functionality designed for real, everyday oral health. Below we explain its features in more detail:

Built-in UV sterilisation

Its star feature. With this irrigator you will not only be cleaning your teeth, but you will also be using disinfected water thanks to its UV sterilisation system. And that translates into a reduction of bacterial growth inside the reservoir or on the nozzle, something that many standard irrigators do not offer.

Ergonomic and wireless design

Some users describe its design as ‘Apple style’, as it has a lightweight, compact and wireless design, making it easy to use anywhere in the bathroom without getting tangled or when travelling.

Specialised nozzles for different uses

This irrigator comes with four interchangeable mouthpieces for different profiles: general cleaning, orthodontic care, sensitive gums or hard-to-reach areas.

Review 5/5 😄

Product is nice, apple style packaging.

However as i removed the rubber plug to attach the power supply the gasket came out straight away which may cause issues down the line.

4 hour charge before first use

As a first time water flosser user i was shocked.. i basically pressure washed my bathroom ceiling while sussing out the controls, this thing is shockingly powerful and frankly not a toy, definitely need to keep this away from my 4 yr old.

Tried on my teeth and astonished with the results it blasts off everything before i even got to brushing. Places that i simply could not clean with floss. Even blasted off a filling which im not mad about as its the reason i got the flosser to begin with, it had been causing me discomfort and i was struggling to clean it so there was clearly an issue there before the flosser arrived. I simply say this as it came as a surprise to me just how powerful this thing is. I have literally pressure washed between my teeth and when i bought this i had partly expected it to be a gimmick – its definitely not.

Tbh after a first clean im wondering how i got through life without one of these so far.

Will update the review if anything changes, just felt compelled to share my initial thoughts.

Word to the wise, cold water in this is extremely uncomfortable on your teeth, i dont even have sensitive teeth but i found it really uncomfortable, i quickly changed to luke warm water and was no issue at all. Bare in mind if you have the same issue

Review 1/5 😕

Products fail after a few months. I’ve had a refund for the toothbrush, after it failed repeatedly, and my third flosser within 12 months has now also failed. I can’t get a response for the company. I suggest you buy another product as these are not fit for purpose.
