I’ve not used an electric toothbrush before, but my dentist recommended I do. Not sure I would ever go back! Love the aesthetics of this brush (cosmic black), and the packaging to go with it, but mostly love its ease of use. Great/ comfortable to hold as my thumb fits perfectly on the power button, and has different modes to choose from. I’ve tried all but the sensitive, and have downloaded the app to go with the brush to personalise brushing. I’ve never had my teeth feeling so clean, and have been using the Intensive setting regularly as it is very effective. I also found the pressure sensor useful, as I didn’t really know how gentle to be when using an electric brush. The travel case is great and very convenient, and the battery lasted for days before I needed to charge it.
The only down side for me is the price of toothbrush heads; having a spare included for the price would be ideal. Overall I love the brush and would definitely recommend it.

At first the product was a little tricky to set up having to connect the wifi/Bluetooth etc but once set up I thought it was very handy all the tech parts, the multiple functions seem a little over the top and it’s a very strange sensation to get used to at first as it feels different to normal electric toothbrushes, however it does make my teeth feel cleaner than any electric toothbrush has before which is great! I love the feature that means you can see where you’re brushing, how hard and get a score on your phone app, this is really handy and made me realise which areas I was rushing. The battery life on it is very good compared to my last electric toothbrush. I do find it a little heavy to hold and the brush head is large so this took a little getting used to but I’ve got used to it and overall really like the toothbrush now.

I love everything about this except for one thing. You use the app or io sense to guide you where to brush. You also use the app to set a streak and make good habits. I used to brush my teeth in under 2 minutes. But I thought this would motivate me to spend more time.
Now, I do spend much more time to do so, but it is sooooo frustrating. It won’t capture my left lower teeth in the app. I focused on this part for a whole 3 minutes and I still have a lot of difficulties to cover this spot. I expect a modern product like this to be accurate.
One of the main differences between this model and the previous ones is the up sense (the circular thing with lights on it to guide you where to brush), and it won’t work correctly! Neither the io sense nor in the app.
I looked for a support option in the app to submit this, and I couldn’t find it! You know I have a bike that has the support feature on their app! Overall, I expected much more from this tooth brush: to do what it claims to do. Is this too much to ask for?!
